RARE Art Nouveau E A BLISS Early Napier RUBY Crystal Sash Pin Brooch Honeybee Mk
Truly a gorgeous heirloom brooch dating to the late 1800s Victorian Art Nouveau Era. This large brooch measures 2 3/4" in length by 2 1/8". It is bezel set in the center with a large faceted royal Ruby Jewel and bordered by tiny flowers with an open backs that are each set with tiny glistening crystals. The brooch is marked on the back for E.
Bliss with the honey bee mark. It has a very substantial antique hinge pin and closes with a large C clasp. A Bliss company was founded in 1875 and became the Napier-Bliss Co. This gorgeous sash pin brooch is in excellent well cared for condition.
