Antique Carl Goldberg Art Nouveau Glass Vase Bohemian 7 Green Satin Hand Enameled and Hand Blown. Antique circa 1900s Art Nouveau Carl Goldberg Bohemian green art glass satin enameled vase. Some say the flowers are irises, but in this case I don't think they look exactly like an iris. It does have a light green border along the top rim.

This is really in very good overall condition with a few places with some small rub wear. It would have been originally labeled with a Brown/Gold label that has long been list. You can see a version of this vase with a label in Collector's Weekly online articles. Goldberg was born in the mid 19th century and made glass up through the early 20th century. I'm going to say this was early, early 20th century.

Dates of around 1900 but I cannot confirm exactly. I believe he died somewhere in the 1930s. I know that he was an importer and decorator, but it is also unclear as to what glass pieces his shop actually blew.

He did use many forms from makers like Harrach and the like as the base of many of his works of art. He, at one point, had a few hundred employees.
