Antique PALLME KONIG Art Nouveau Glass Vase w/Horn Handle & Gilt Brass Mounts. There is a very small hard to detect rim chip covered by the open work mount, but there is no damage to the mount itself that leads me to believe this was as made. The handle is a tiny bit loose.
