The glass is thin and lightly frosted. This wonderful glass was imported into the United States from Southern France where artisans made them by hand.
Vianne Glass was founded in 1928 in the Bordeaux region and was the last remaining glass-blowing factory in France. Sadly, Vianne shut down several years ago, which has resulted in these beautiful shades becoming rare and much sought-after.
